Storage of empty packing in the warehouse

Storage of empty packaging in the Warehous. Collection and return to the stand are not included and have to be booked separated. The return has to be booked according to the dismantling period indicated in the Technical Regulation of the Exhibition.

Each package must be marked with two labels before their withdrawal from the stand. These labels should include the following information:
Hall/Area, Aisle/Stand, Exhibitor, Name and mobile phone of the Exhibitor’s representative.
The labels are available at the BolognaFiere offices located near the show offices in the Services Centre Block D.
Crates must be palletised to be loaded by fork lifts on all four sides and must be completely empty. Any equipment attacched to empty boxes will be considered separately according to the typology and delivered upon specific request and relevant payment. BolognaFiere will accept no responsibility for materials stored in the containers or for damage or theft of goods delivered and left unattended at stands.
The packages will not be returned to the stands until the beginning of the disassembly period, and this will be done according to the times and traffic layout in the halls established by the organiser in agreement with Bologna Fiere Spa. Any adjustments regarding the weight, size and duration of services will be invoiced at the end of the exhibition
