    Service of full crate storage in the warehouse inside the exhibition centre including unload into warehouse and storage. Delivery to stand not included.
    Goods may be stored in the warehouse for a maximum period of 15 days,after that period the storage costs will increase 20% on the indicated price and be re-charged.. Please state the number of the items and the total weight in Kg of the goods to be stored. Any adjustments regarding the weight, size and duration of services will be invoiced at the end of the exhibition.
    The exhibitor shall deliver the goods directly to the warehouse

    with the following opening hours
    8,30 am - 12.00 am
    1,00 pm - 4,30 pm
    specifying Exhibtion, Exhibitor's name, Hall and Stand Number, using his own means. The exhibitor's Name, Hall, Aisle and stand Number must be indicated on all incoming items.
    WARNING: if you wish to store special goods and equipment please select the specific item.
    Under no circumstances BolognaFiere will be considered responsible for the missing or incorrect information about handling given by the requesting company.
